Winchester Model 1894 Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine, #346249, .25-35 WCF cal., blued 20'' round barrel, with raised bead-blade front and dovetailed buckhorn rear sights, marked with maker's name and address at right breech, and ''Model 94 - Winchester/Trade Mark - Nickel Steel - 25-35 W.C.F.'' at left; blued tubular magazine; blued receiver with left-side sling stud and ring, marked ''Model 1894/Winchester/Trade Mark'' on upper tang, and serial number at lower front; loop operating lever; oil-stained walnut forearm with blued barrel band, matching buttstock with checkered steel buttplate. Mfg'd 1906. Condition is very good. Blued surfaces show approx. 60% original finish blending with brown patina. Stocks are sound with minor use marks (forend with a later coat of varnish; buttstock may be from another gun, as it has filler where a buttplate top tang once was and 1'' chips at both sides where it joins the receiver).
